Embassy on Wheels in Al-Khobar Re-Scheduled

The earlier announced schedule of the “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in Al-Khobar on 4-5 March 2010 will be moved a week later to 11-12 March 2010 while the Embassy awaits the approval for necessary funding from Manila.
The adjustment is also being made to ensure the availability of all the Machine Readable Passports (MRPs) that were applied for during the previous EOW.
The time and venue for the re-scheduled EOW will be as usual, that is, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 11, and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, March 12, at the International Philippine School in Al-Khobar (IPSA).
The limit of 400 applications to be encoded on the first day and 200 applications on the second day will again be observed.
The Embassy appreciates the assistance of the Filipino community organizations in disseminating this advisory and hopes that applicants for MRP and other consular services in Al-Khobar will bear with the change of schedule of the EOW. END
