Philhealth for OFWs

The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, wishes to inform and furnish all Filipino nationals in the Kingdom a copies of the flyers with information and procedures on membership, benefits and availments of services for OFWs who wish to continue paying for their Philhealth premium as well as those who wish to become Philhealth member.
The OFWs may pay their premium or renew their membership with Philhealth at POEA or at any Philhealth Offices in the Philippines personally or through their relative/representative in the Philippines. Just make sure that the relative/representative has any one of the documents below as proof that the member is an OFW;
• Working Visa / Re-entry permit or;
• Valid Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) or;
• Valid Job contract / Certificate of Employment or;
• Any proof of being an OFW
For those who are not yet registered member of Philhealth, you have to fill up the Member Data Record form or M1b form and attached a copy of birth certificate or any 2 valid ID cards for identification , then do the process above.
Overseas Filipino workers shall pay the premium of P900.00 per year and may also visit their website at www.philhealth.gov.ph for more information. click for attachments
