EOW in Al-Khobar on May 28-29

Reporting that 659 MRP application forms have been sent to Manila from the last “Embassy on Wheels” held in Al-Khobar on April 30 and May 1, the Embassy is set to conduct said outreach service anew for the benefit of Filipino expatriates in the Eastern Region on 28-29 May 2009.
The schedule for receiving passport applications at the International Philippine School in Al-Khobar (IPSA) on a first-come, first-served basis will be as follows:
Date Time Applications
Thursday, May 28 : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM : 400
Friday, May 29 : 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM : 200
As in previous EOWs, the EOW team will accept and process applications that will exceed the number allotted for Thursday and Friday and have the encoding of their applications done in Riyadh later.
However, concerned applicants must affix their signatures and thumb marks on the Computer Generated Form (CGF) which will be printed after the encoding and brought to the subsequent EOW.
They also have the option of bringing their application forms personally to the Embassy just for the required encoding.
As the Embassy will soon be launching special activities to commemorate the 111th anniversary of Philippine Independence involving the Filipino community and the diplomatic corps from June 5 until June 26, the next schedule of the EOW in Al-Khobar shall be on July 2-3. END
