EOW to Reach Hofuf on April 16-17

The “Embassy on Wheels” will be moving to Hofuf, Al-Ahsa to provide passport and other consular services to the Filipino nationals working and residing in the area on April 16-17.
Following is the schedule of the services that will be conducted at the Al-Kawakeb Farm, at the back of Aziz Clinic in Hofuf:

Thursday, April 16 : 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Friday, April 17 : 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
The EOW in Hofuf, in keeping with the Embassy’s vow to extend vital services to OFW communities outside Riyadh, can also serve as a venue for the releasing of Machine Readable Passports (MRPs) that are already available.
However, applicants are advised once again to first check the list of available MRPs at the Embassy website, www.philembassy-riyadh.org, and make sure to bring their old passports for cancellation.
Those who cannot personally claim their MRPs must give a written authorization to their representatives.
This coming EOW in Hofuf is being coordinated with Labor Attache David Des Dicang, the Bukluran ng Manggagawang Pilipino sa Al Hassa (BUMPIHA) and Ms. Bing Sales of King Fahad Hospital.
BUMPIHA officers have made the following mobile numbers open to receive any calls from those who need directions on how to go to the venue: 0504122742 (Jess Gabon); 0500132846 (Reggie Cortez); 0564090985 (Jess Alcaraz); and 0545936856 (Megs Rebanal).
During the EOW in Al-Khobar over the weekend, the Embassy team was able to serve a total of 673 passport applicants and serviced 154 documents for notarization as well as 19 passport amendments. END
