B. WORK EXPERIENCE:
            a. Government service: House of Representatives, Chief of Staff, Office of
                Congressman Emilio Espinosa, Jr., 1958-1960;

            b. Service in the Department of Foreign Affairs (Home Office):
                        - Head, Department of Foreign Affairs, Mindanao – 1993 to 1996
                        - Indo-Chinese Refugee Coordinator – 1989 to 1990
                        - Director, Visa Division, concurrently Executive Director and then
                          Acting Director-General – 1988 to 1990

            c. Service in Foreign Postings:
                        - Consul General, Philippine Consulate General, Agana, Guam with
                          concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Palau, Federation States
                          of Micronesia and the Republic of Marshall Islands – 1996 to 1999
                          (Retired from the Government with rank of Ambassador)
                        - Consul General, Philippine Consulate General, Hong Kong – 1990 to
                          1993
